This recipe is one that leaves a pleasant smell to the kitchen and at hour of testing I can close my eyes to savor each ingredient. This buns are stuffed  with guava jam but I also use other types of jams  and  dulce de leche. I make my homemade jams, but you can use the ones you like most. For those who live in a country that has ease of having guavas, I can give a guava jam recipe. Here in London I have a supplier who brings me fresh guavas. For parties of kids I cut the dough with shapes with flowers, cars, etc…


Serves: 40 buns


1 kg  all purpose  flour

1 pkg active dry yeast

1oo g sugar

4 eggs

550 ml  milk

250 g   unsalted  butter

20 g salt


In  a large mixing  bowl combine the flour and the dry yeast. Also add the eggs,salt and sugar.Stir the ingredients well, I like to mix with hands. Gradually add milk stirring  constantly. When the dough is smooth  and homogeneous, incorporating  butter. Turn out on a floured surface. Stir until the dough  stand smooth and elastic. Let the dough rest 1 hour. After the dough has rested ,divide the dough into small balls. Let rest until doubled in volume for 10 minutes. Finally, open a little balls and put a tablespoon of your favorite jam. Brush the buns with beaten egg. Bake the buns in preheated  220C , until golden.

Was the birthday of a girl who turned  60 . Lunch only for “girls”  and  family. With flowers in decoration to remember the spring. Fruity cake and sweet brigadeiros were beautiful  in decoration mediterranean Constance zahn.

Alexandria  Pellegrino     and  pastry  chef  Jessica Smith ,they are signing  these artistic cakes,true works of art that overflows with imagination.  Alexandria Pellegrino  founded Cake Opera Co. in 2007  and since then has received “international praise  as one of the industry’s  leading  cake designers.She is the recipient of several awards including two gold medals on Food Network  Challenge”. I find incredible  and their work and would like to try the cakes. Is amazing  to see their work.

001Here’s  one of my recipes that is present  in most  of the  marriages parties and other events.  Today I share with you.                                                                                    APRICOT  WITH GOAT CHEESE AND PISTACHIOS

prep time : 15 mins

200 g  dried apricot

100 g chopped pistachios

120 g goat cheese


Make a small cut in dried apricots.Make the cut without separating the dried  apricot  into two parts. Put the goat cheese in a bowl  and gently mash the cheese. Fill the dried apricots with cheese. Finally, pass the apricots by the chopped pistachios.

Now, enjoy!

Maggie Austin  was a ballerina of classic  ballet, today it is one cake designer  ,one of the most sophisticated. She decorates her cakes in a perfection on movement and lightness. As if she is mixed  their cakes to dance ,art and all beautiful things to be enjoyed. Her work is a true joy to my eyes.

Temari cake is a real sweet art!! In Japan temari balls are made by the mothers and grandmothers ,for the children play,were made with leftovers from old kimonos. Over the years their embroideries were considered a kind of art. Today who receives a temari ball as a gift,means luck and a long happy life. The artist  Maki Searle  ( MAKI’S  CAKE) , was inspired by the temari balls ,turning them into beautiful mini cakes .Can be used in wedding parties ,as gifts for the guests to take home.I really like the flavor of each mini cakes ,they are  wonderful!  The atelier of Maki’s  cake is in  SURREY .As you can see by the photos I was presented with several to taste!!!!!

These cakes are fantastic ,I felt like I was in  an exhibition of art. The store has the smell of chocolate in the air ,all cakes are made with chocolate. I love the decor of the shop! the cakes are not only beautiful on the outside ,inside are HUMMMM  delicious.  A slice of cake on the plate for testing ,is  lemon cake with white and dark  chocolate sauce with dripping red berries sauce, UNREAL!!!  I recommend that anyone living in London or around ,should go to this paradise of chocolate  is  in the heart  of   SOHO.

Who likes animals know they can be so loved as a family member.Nothing more natural than to in involve them in a special moment like wedding. The pets became one attraction in ceremonies of weddings ,but we can not predict their behavior .It is best to train your animal before the big day and everything  will be fine.

This decoration was divided into two different moments.The table of sweets ,which is always separate from all other tables.The table for sweets  was decorated in green ,white  and a “pinch” of red hahahahah . with a lot of transparency in glass jars and crystal pieces. The table  of  the guests , were flowering and scented by nature. Gorgeous  floral arrangements with  the green leaves and pink flowers. Was a very wonderful wedding with a classical decor and cozy.
